What we collect
When you send a tour request or question, we receive the details you type: your name, how to contact you (email and/or phone), the centre and age group you are interested in, when you hope to start, and your message. We ask you not to send your child’s name, birth date or health information through this website.
Why we use it
To reply to you, arrange a tour and answer your questions about care. If you tick the optional news box, we also send occasional updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your details.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are sent to Autumn’s customer records system. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. The services that handle your details: Cloudflare (website hosting and the enquiry form), HighLevel/LeadConnector (Autumn’s customer records and email) and, if you use the website chat, Delta Agents. Some of these services store data outside Canada.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not use advertising cookies. If visit measurement is switched on, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other sites.
How long we keep it
If your family does not enrol, Autumn keeps your enquiry for 6 months after the last contact and then deletes it. Website chat conversations are kept for 6 months. You can ask for your details to be deleted sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Contact autumnchildcare24@gmail.com or call 778-552-8012. British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act applies to how we handle your information.
